Upon payment, please allow 2 business days for processing. Tracking number will be emailed to the address provided as soon as it becomes available.
"Available" Units ship within 1-3 business days. "Custom" Styled Units ship within 5-7 business* days. "Custom" Braided or Loc Units and Loc Extensions ship within 2-5 business* weeks.

Most orders are shipped flat rate 2 Day USPS Priority and take 2-3 days to be delivered. Please be advised, due to the delays at USPS, packages may take an addt'l 1-2 days to be delivered. These delays are out of my control and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
ALL CUSTOM ORDER MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE ORDER BEING PLACED ARE SUBJECT TO PAYPAL FEES ONLY. ALL CUSTOM ORDER CANCELLATIONS MADE 24 HOURS AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED ARE SUBJECT TO 35% CANCELLATION FEE. ALL CUSTOM ORDER CANCELLATIONS MADE 48 HOURS AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED ARE SUBJECT TO 50% CANCELLATION FEE.
NO REFUNDS, NOR MAJOR CHANGES FOR CUSTOM ORDER AFTER 72 HOURS. BY PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
Local Clients Only: Minor changes can be made up to 3 days after delivery/pick-up. By placing your order, you agree to be responsible for any addtl shipping costs and fees associated with returning shipping in the case that you cannot pickup your unit. Long Distance Clients: You agree to be responsible for all shipping costs.
